How it works

1. 1. Open a company account

   Register, choose Company and pick estate agency as the type. Your company profile is created with the account - add the logo, the phone number, the website and your opening hours.

2. 2. Invite your team

   Colleagues you invite get their own sign-in and work on the same company listings, so nobody has to share a password and nothing is lost when somebody leaves.

3. 3. Publish your stock

   Add each property with its price, rooms, floor area, features and photos. New listings are reviewed before they go public; after that they are yours to edit, pause or close as the deal moves.

What you get

  No listing fee, no per-branch charge, no commission, no contract and no minimum term. That is the entire pricing page, and it is the same for a one-office agency as for a chain.

• One account for the branch

  Invite your negotiators and property managers as members of the company account. Each has their own sign-in, and the listings belong to the company rather than to whoever typed them in.

• Sales, lettings and swaps together

  One account covers every transaction type. Each property carries its own, so your sales stock and your lettings stock never get mixed up in search.

• Enquiries and reveals, per property

  Enquiries arrive by email to the person handling the listing, and views, enquiries and phone reveals are counted for each property, so you have something to show the vendor.

• An away window your applicants can see

  Set a period when replies will be slow and the listing says so, instead of leaving an applicant wondering why nobody has come back to them.

• Nobody outbids you for position

  There are no featured slots, sponsored positions or promoted listings on fliq, so a bigger budget cannot push your properties down the page.

What does it cost?

Nothing. There is no listing fee, no subscription, no featured listing to buy and no commission. There is no paid tier hiding behind the free one either - it does not exist in the product.

Can you import from our CRM?

Not yet. Every listing is added through fliq at the moment, and a feed is on the roadmap.

Can several people in the branch use one account?

Yes. Invite them as members of your company account. Each gets their own sign-in and works on the same listings, and you can remove access when somebody moves on.

Who receives the enquiries?

The person handling the listing gets the message by email, with the name and reply address of whoever sent it, and the count is kept against the property so you have something to report on.
